I took this picture in a bedroom. The darker places are areas where insulation is not installed or is not installed at all. I was able to see what was on the other side in the attic.
See the picture below to see where the insulation is missing or has fallen.
The following pictures shows where I found moisture in a garage ceiling.

See below how my infrared camera picked up a hot breaker and wire. This was found on a one year old home and could have caused a fire. The irony is that the circuit was powering the smoke detectors. A check of the power to the smoke detectors revealed that there was none. The smoke detectors were checked and they did respond because the batteries did their job.
See below how the wire to this breaker was so hot that the insulation has been charred and frayed.
